Structure protection
In terms of the durability of our supporting structures, their comprehensive protection is important in order to ensure their function for as long as possible. This protection must be provided differently for each material, so different types of products must be used. The task of corrosion protection is to protect the metal from chemical degradation starting from the surface, i.e. to protect it from oxidation. In all cases, the protection starts with this layer on steel structures. This is followed by a fire protection solution in the case of a fire protection requirement, which can be a coating, mortar, or covering board. Among these alternatives, we can choose according to the required fire resistance performance, the geometry of the structure, and the aesthetic needs. The finishing layer of the coating systems is the topcoat that can provide protection against environmental effects. In the case of wooden structures, a flame retardant ensures that the wood can be classified in a more favorable fire protection class. The range of structural protection solutions is completed with mortars and boards that can be used for fire protection of reinforced concrete structures.

Anti-corrosion protection
The main task of primer paints is to protect the steel structure against corrosion, which also ensures the adhesion of the next layer. The topcoats, as the top layer of the coating system, ensure the protection of the lower layers against external environmental influences, such as UV radiation, moisture, frost, and air pollution. From an aesthetic point of view, this layer can be used to add color to the coated structure as needed.
Steel fire protection
We offer both passive and reactive materials which are suitable for providing fire resistance. Alternatives of the passive type of additional structural protection are board covering and mortar, which are suitable for ensuring high fire resistance requirements. The shape- following solution is the intumescent paint, which provides almost invisible protection. During an accidental fire event, it expands as a reaction to heat and forms a carbon based thermal insulation layer that prevents the heating of the structural element. Depending on fire resistance performance, section factor, profile shape, and critical temperature, the optimal fire protection solution can be chosen from our range. Part of the requirement, in addition to the specified period, is what type of fire against the structure needs to be protected. Typically, the ISO834 standard, cellulose based fire curve is most often required, and a higher requirement is only necessary in industrial surroundings, when there is a risk of petrochemical fires. In such cases, it becomes necessary to use a product tested for the hydrocarbon fire development curve.

Wooden structure fire protection
In the case of wooden structures, the application of a flame retardant ensures that the wood is classified in a more favorable fire protection class. If there is a higher requirement for the material to be installed than the fire protection classification of natural wood, i.e. D-s2, d0, then it can be improved to B-s1, d0 classification with a fire-retardant treatment. Our solvent-based or water based material slows down the combustion with an intumescent effect, thus preventing further combustion by forming a thermal insulation layer and physically blocking the material from oxygen. Our company provides a solvent-based and water dilutable flame-retardant coating for this purpose.

Concrete structure fire protection
The fire protection properties of reinforced concrete structures are typically more favorable than those of steel or wooden structures. However, even in case of a change in function or a previously occurred fire, it may still be necessary to provide an additional fire protection solution. In such cases, the thickness of the concrete cover on the steel reinforcement is increased with a layer of mortar or board.
